Also have no idea what to do though… I think I’m going to attempt to log off, get outside, and return to the little things that bring me joy — whether that’s taking the time to make a yummy meal, color in a coloring book, do a craft, etc. Also agree that coming to Substack can be dangerous, as everyone claims to be an expert, like you said. sometimes it helps just to know someone else is going through the same thing. but i think you're right—taking a break and not forcing it is key. and not playing the comparison game, because what you see online isn't real. hoping for them for you, too!
